Millican. It is located one block west of West Third Street and Edgewood Drive in Homer, Louisiana. Outside the fenced area on the west side are a number of graves of former slaves and/or paupers. (see end of list) A directory near the entrance of the cemetery gives the location of the markers. The cemetery is mapped across the east fence running south to north - A, B, C, D, and running east to west 1, 2, 3, blocked in 100 foot increments.
