The last Will and Testament of Andrew Abel of the town of Enfield in the
county of Tompkins and state of New York. I, Andrew Abel, being weak of body
but of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament in manner and form following that is to say. First I give and devise
to my beloved wife Elizabeth. All raw Real estate, to hold her during her
natural life that she may be enabled to bring up and educate my ?? children,
after which I give and divide all my real Estate to my sons and daughters
John, Jacob, Catherine, William, Mary, Andrew, Lyman (?), Sophia, Clarissa
Ann, Sarah Ann to be equally divided between them to hold to them, their heirs
and . My personal property I direct my executors to sell and dispose of to the
best ?? for the payment of my just debts and ?? there should be a surplus of
personal property after the payment of my debts. I wish a ?? and ?? reserved
for my said wife Elizabeth.

And I hereby appoint my trusty friends John W. Abel and Henry C. Baits
Executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking all previous Wills. In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of June,
Eighteen hundred and thirty.
