Page 184 In the name of the Almighty God Amen. I jonas Wood of the County of Tompkins being week of Boddy but of a sound and perfect mind blessed be God for_ the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say First I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Sarah Wood the use of the one third part of all my real and personal estate during her natural live. Item I give all the residue of my estate to be equaly divid between my children namely Mortimer Wood, Amzi Wood, Oliver Wood, Horrace Wood, Doctor Wood, Joel Wood Wood, Loiza Wood and Jane Wood said division to take place at the expiration of eight years form and after this date and I hereby authoise my executors to sell of as much of the stock from the farm as they shall think in not profitable to winter and I hereby constitute ordain and appoint Amzi Wood and Doctor Wood executors to this my last will and testament here by revoking all former will by me made in witness where of I have here into get my hand and seal this nineteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven Jonas Wood, Jr. Signed sealed and published and declared by the above named Jonas Wood to be his last will in the presence of us who have here unto subscribe our names in presence of the testator.
