The Alaska Citizen May 8, 1911
Mrs. Hattie Feltz, a colored woman who had been in St. Joseph's hospital for 
some time, died on Monday evening at 9:20 of a tumor of the brain.  The 
remains will be sent to relatives for burial at Oakland, Cal.

The deceased came to the camp last summer from Pasadena, Cal.  She was taken 
to St. Joseph's on March 18.
