E.J. Couse Buried.  The Ernest J. Couse funeral, held from Moose Hall Sunday 
afternoon under the joint auspices of the Oddfellows and Moose, was largely 
attended, friends of the deceased having come in from the creeks to add to the 
many friends whom he had in the town.  
The Odd Fellows' burial service conducted by Noble Grand William Appleby and 
Chaplain Robert Schaber was beautifully exemplified both in the hall and at the 
grave.  Music was rendered by a male quartet composed of E.H. Mack, Crosby Keen, 
R.W. Taylor and M.O. Carlson, accompanied by Mrs. A.L. Wilbur.  The Rev. H.H. 
Chapman paid the tribute to the dead.
