  TYOONOK. A p o on Cook Inlet, 850 miles n w of Sitka. Nearest bank at Juneau.
Merchantable coal has been found in considerable  quantity, and petroleum
springs have been located where the oil floats out in paying amounts. The coal
is semi-anthricite in quality and excellent for steaming purposes. Mail steamers
from Sitka and intermediate coast points land here. Pop, 107.
