It is next to Confederate Memorial Park in Marbury, Al.. It is on same road as one of the park's smaller Cemeteries and very near to Chilton Co. Line and possibly in Chilton County. The southern half of Chilton County was a part of Autauga until after the War for Southern Independence when Elmore and Chilton counties were formed from parts of Autauga and others. Dennis Edna 1873 1955 Additional Comments: Louis and Mattie's stone is on far right side of cemetary along with F.J. (or J.f.) Dennis' grave. F.J. Dennis has two stones (one a VA marker). The older one says "F. J. Dennis, Age 80 Yrs, Co. B & E, 59th Ala. Reg., CSA" and the flat VA one says "J.F.Dennis, Co. B, 59th Ala. Inf., Conderate States Army" In the Bonnette plot Ellen Dennis is on L. Front, Ernest Dennis is on Rt. Front. Nancy Dennis is on L. Rear, Joel McDennis in L. Rear, and Infant son of Ernest Earl and Ellen Bonnett is on Rt. Rear. The "Infant Children of R.H. and Middie Long is in ctr rear of cemetery, behind the Bonnette plot. On top of stand up stone is "LONG". The grave of Levi Dennis is on far right of cemetery. The flat stone ends with C.S.A. James Dennis and Edna Dennis on same long, flat stone, with the name DENNIS above their first names. On edge of stone is it says: "Donated by Great Nephew Fred Dennis" There very well could be several unmarked graves in this cemetery.
