Aldridge administrator of the State of Gilbert R. Cale, dec’d and having heretofore filed his account and vouchers for final settlement of said estate and forty days notice having been _____ thereof by advertisement in the State Guard a newspaper published at Wetumpka Ala and said account and vouchers having been audited and examined by the court and no objection or exception having been made to the same, It was ordered that said account by stated and entered of record and by which there appear to be a balance in the honor of said sum of Six Hundred dollars for distribution among the following named _____ and for which it is by the court ordered and decreed the E. W. Aldridge adm. Of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay Duncan L. Cale the sum of Seventy five dollars his distribution share of the above balance, ordered and decreed the E.W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay to Charney Cale the sum of Seventy five dollars being the amount of his distribution share of said estate, ordered and decreed the E.W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay to Isaac Pearce in the right of his wife Mary the sum of Seventy five dollars her distribution share of the estate of the said dec’d, ordered and decreed the E.W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay to David Pearce in the right of his wife Elizabeth the sum of Seventy five dollars her distribution share of the estate said dec’d, ordered and decreed that E.W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay to the heirs of Martha Baker dec’d the sum of Seventy five dollars their distribution share of the estate of said dec’d, ordered and decreed that E.W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay to Sarah Cale the sum of Seventy five dollars her distribution share of the estate of said dec’d, ordered and decreed that E.W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay to Penelope Cale the sum of Seventy five dollars her distribution share of said estate, ordered and decreed that E.W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d pay to the heirs of Lodwick Cale the sum of Seventy five dollars their distribution share of the estate of said dec’d— Whereupon the said E. W. Aldridge adm of the estate of Gilbert R. Cale dec’d came into court and paid over to Wm A. Thompson Jr. clerk of the court the sum of Six Hundred dollars.
