Coker To his Children The State of Alabama Know all men by these presents that I Daniel Coker for and in consideration of the love and affection I have & bear towards my wife Ritter also my daughters Lindsey, Sarah Dorthula Elmira Lucebea Luna Coker do hereby give grant sell and convey unto Thomas Coker my brother the following described property to wit a slave Bob Lilla and Jake also all my stock of cattle and hogs and three horses and all my household furniture & farming utentials and waggon & gear. To have and to hold said property to the said Thomas Coker in trust for the uses and purposes herein after mentioned first for the support of my wife during her life and the support & education of my daughters until they marry or arrive at the age of twenty one and upon the death of my said wife all of said property with its increase to be equally divided between my said daughters unless my wife during her life should wish to give any one or more of my said daughters her share or proportion & if so said Thomas shall allot to such child with the consent of my said wife such share or part not more than one equal share of the whole and on the death of my wife the trust here by granted shall cease.
