To any ordained minister of the Gospel Judge of the Circuit as County 
Court as Justice of the Peace in and for said County   You are hereby 
authorized to celebrate the sites of matrimony between Charney Cale and 
Mazelphia A. Jones and this shall be your sufficient authority for so 
doing Given under my hand and said this 29th day of January AD 1849.
