Lewak

Funeral services for Madeline Lewak, age 74,
a native of North Carolina and a resident
of Foley, who died September 11, 1987, 
were held September 13, 1987 at 4 PM from
Bayview Chapel in Foley. Burial was in Pine
Rest Cemetery in Foley.

Reverend Robert Morgan officiated at the
service.

Survivors include four daughters, Florence
Barbara Gibbson, Pensacola, Fla.; Judy Ann
Anderson, Mobile; Ruth Marie Gilley, Foley;
two sons, Donald Clark Wood, Foley; James
Arthur Wood, Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.; 15
grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Bayview Funeral Home, Foley Chapel, was
in charge of arrangements.
South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile.
Funeral services were held at 2 PM
Saturday, February 12 at Bayview Foley
Chapel with the Rev. Leon Kopf officiating.
Burial will be in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Lewak, Sr., Foley; four sisters,
Judy Smith, Mobile, Ruth Gilley, Foley,
Barbara Gibbson, Pensacola, Fla, and Betsy
Wood, Pensacola, Fla; two brothers, Donald
Wood, Marathon, Fla, and James Wood, Ft.
Walton Beach, Fla.

Arrangements were by Bayview Funeral
Home, Foley.
