Rapture City Cemetery is located on SR 30, .4 miles east of the junction 
of SR 30 and CR 79 (between mile markers 7 and 8).  It is on the South side 
of the road, clearly visible from SR 30.  This cemetery in current use and 
well maintained.  Sign on property identifies the cemetery as property of 
Fellowship Baptist Church and reads "In Memory of Amand Marie Mills".   
A full set of the digital photos of the tombstones in this cemetery plus 
this text will be placed in the Family History Library, Salt Lake City, 
Utah, for public use.

Survey taken February 20, 2004.  Surveyors comments in parentheses.
