Hon. Wm. C. Oates and family will leave Eufaula about the last of this month for
New Orleans, where they will remain a week, and from there will go to Hot
Springs, Ark., and remain until about the 25th of May.  From there they will go
to Santa Rosa, Cal., to spend the summer with his brother.  In the latter part
of July he will start homeward, going north through Oregon and Washington
territories as far as Puget Sound, and return through Idaho, Montana, Dakota and
Minnesota and will reach home the last of August. – Clayton Courier
