"Wreck Kills Bibb Woman

EUFAULA, AL  - A 39 year old Bibb County woman was killed Monday in a 
collision here between a truck and a car. Her husband was critically injured 
and two daughters seriously hurt.  

Police said Mrs. Tula Mitchell of Eoline, Alabama was dead on arrival at the 
local hospital.  The two daughters, Ruth, 15, and Wanda, 14, were in serious 
condition at the Barbour County Hospital. 

The husband, Mabrey Mitchell, 38, suffered a bfoken neck and a concussion, and 
was taken to the Medical Center in Columbus, Ga. 

Police said the small car in which the Mitchell were riding collided with a 
truck driven by Richard David Wood of Atlanta.  Wood was not injured.

The colision occured (near Eufaula, Alabama) near the intersection U. S. 
Highway 82 and Highway 431."
