I Jackson Trucks of Said County & State aforesaid of the age of forty four years and being of Sound mind and memory do make & publish this my last Will & Testament In manner following that is to say First I give and bequeath my wife Jane B. Trucks and my four children To wit, James C. Trucks borned Decbr 29th one thousand Eight Hundred and forty three, William Lafayette Trucks borned June 22nd One thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Six, Cyntha L. Trucks born October 30th One Thousand Eight hundred and forty Eight, Martha Ann Francis Trucks, borned May 8th One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty One, Two hundred acres of Land of the North West quarter of Section thirty Six, in Township 24 Range ten East, The NW 1/4 of The NW ¼ the NW ¼ SW ¼ and the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 36 in Township 24 Range 10 East, the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 36 in Township 24 Range 10 East together with all Herediments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold the premises above described to the Said Jane B. Trucks, James C. Trucks, W. L. Trucks, Cintha L. Trucks and Martha Ann Francis Trucks during the said B. Trucks lifetime & thereto be equally divided among the said four children. Second I will & bequeath to my wife Jane B. Trucks & said four children my entire stock of Hogs, Sheep, Cattle & horses and all my household and kitchen furniture during the said Jane B. Trucks life time to be equally divided among my said four children. Third I will my administrator to collect all debts due me & pay all my just debts and Lastly I hereby appoint my wife Jane B. Trucks sole administratrix to this my last will and Testament hereby making all their wills made by me.
