Williamson his wife Nanni Williamson for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid by Annie J. Cobb wife of W.C. Cobb (W.T.G.) and the further consideration of the love and affection we have for our daughter the said Annie J. Cobb formerly Annie J. Williamson do hereby give bargain, grant sell and convey unto the said Annie J. Cobb and the heirs of her body, voluntarily the following described tract or parcel of land lying and being in said County and known and described as follows the South east 1/4 quarter and South West quarter of S.E. 1/4 quarter Sect (15) also Twenty acres lying west of the afor described land all in sect (15) T. (14) R. (25) containing in all one hundred acres more or less said lands to be free from the debts of the present or any future husband of the said Annie J. Williamson. To have and to hold the aforgranted premises unto the said Annie J. Cobb her heirs and assigns forever and we do covenant with the said Annie J. that they are lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises that we have a good right to sell and convey the same unto the said Annie J. her heirs and assigns that they are free from all encumbrances and we will and do hereby warrant and will defend the title of the same unto the said Annie J. her heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons. In witness whereof we have herewith set our hands and Seal this 30th day of Jany 1868.
