Cobb Film # 1535905 Book I, pg 573 Know All Men by these Presents : part of Midway, Bullock County, State of Alabama. That we W.T.G. Cobb and Hannah J. Cobb (Annie) his wife for and in consideration of the sum One Hundred and fifty dollars. ($150.) to us in hand duly paid have sold and by these presents do hereby grant, bargain, sell, enfeoff and convey unto the said John T. Williamson his heirs and assigns our 1/7 undivided interest. in all that tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Bullock and State of Alabama, known as the John Parker, Pony and Cole lands and described as follows to wit : Twenty (20) acres N.W. quarter of N.W. half of N.W. quarter less 10 acres in the S.E. corner and also 20 acres in N.W. quarter of S.W. quarter all in Section Nine (9) Township Twelve (12) Range Twenty five (25), the N.E. quarter N.E. quarter S.E. quarter and 20 acres in the NE corner of SE quarter all in Section Twenty four (24) , Township Twelve (12), Range twenty-four (24), also 15 aacres in NW quarter of SE quarter in last mentioned Section , Township, Range also half of SW quarter at Section 18, Township 12, Range 25; and N.E. quarter of S.E. quarter and S half of S.E. quarter Section 13, Township 12, Range 24; excepting that portion of the above described lands that William Williamson has hereinfore given and conveyed to S.A. Williamson which are not to be hereby conveyed to him. To have and to hold our 1/7 undivided interest on the above described presence unto said Jno. Williamson his heirs and assigns, his use and behoof forever. And we do covenant with the said Jno T. Williamson that we are lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises; that they are free from all incumbrances, that we have a good right to sell and convey the same to the said Jno T. Williamson his heirs and assigns that we will warrant and defend the said premises unto the said Jno T. Williamson, his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands for all persons.
