			STATE OF ALABAMA, BULLOCK COUNTY

Know all Men by these Presents  : That we(blank)for and in consideration of 
the sum of One Dollar.  [1.00] to  Eliza J. Williams in hand paid by Mattie L. 
Cody and Nancy Foxhall, in receipt whereof  I do hereby acknowledge, I do 
remise, release, quit claim, and convey unto said Mattie L. Cody and Nancy 
Foxhall all my rights in and to the following described real estate to wit: 
S.E. quarter of N.E. quarter  Sec. 36 T. 13  R. 21 

	To have and to hold to the said Mattie L. Cody and Nancy Foxhall, 
their heirs and assigns forever.  Given under my hand and seal this the 1st 
day of September 1894.
