The State of Alabama ) 
Bullock County 	     ) 	Know all men by these presents that, we Frank Cobb & 
his wife Nancy Cobb for and in consideration of Eight Hundred and sixty five 
dollars to them in hand paid W.P. Gary, the receipt whereof they do hereby 
acknowledge, do hereby grant, bargain, sell enfeoff and confirm unto the said 
W. P. Gary the following described premises which he now occupies, lying on 
the road from Spring Hill Alabama to Midway and described as follows, to wit: 
The East half ( E 1/2 ) of North quarter (NW 1/4) of North West Quarter (NW 
1/4) also all that portion of the North East quarter (NE 1//4) of North West 
quarter (NW 1/4)  North of the Spring Hill road.  Also commencing is the North 
East corner of Mrs. Faison's land in the center of said road North of  oak 
tree marked (68 acres SSE) to the section line thence E2' 15" thence North of 
the Spring Hill road and thence is the place of beginning containing in all 
one hundred and eight (108) acres all in Section twenty on (21) Township 
thirteen (13) Range twenty six (26) lying and being situated in Bullock County 
State of Alabama together with all and singular the rights, members, 
hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging, or in any wise 
incident or appurtenant.  
	To have and to hold the aforegranted premises to the said W. P. Gary 
his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple And the said Frank Cobb and Nancy 
Cobb do covenant with the said W.P. Gary his heirs and assigns that they are 
lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises; that they are free from 
all incumbrances; that they  have a good right to sell & convey the same to 
the said W.P. Gary his heirs and assigns; and that they will warrant and 
defend the premises to the said W. P. Gary, his heirs and assigns  forever 
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
	In witness whereof we the said Frank Cobb and Nancy Cobb have here 
unto set our hands and seals this the 13th day of January in the year of our 
Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Six.
