The only reason I have recorded it is because of my interest in my family history who are buried at this cemetery, it is a hobby (genealogy), and no one had recorded them. Here is the information I promised to send to you regarding this cemetery in Georgiana, Butler County, Alabama. I enjoyed doing the work and only wished I lived in that area so I could find more treasures like this. I have no family members as interested as I am to do the work for me so it comes in bits and pieces. My maiden surname is Rue. These are my family surnames as I research my partial lineage family tree. DESCRIPTION: Gated cemetery that is locked with no public access without help or permission.. LOCATION: T7, R12, S2 DIRECTIONS: Traveling south on Interstate 65 from Greenville, go 16 miles and take the Starlington\Georgiana exit 144 and travel west on state Hwy. 106 for 6.5 miles.
