Mark Franklin Decd Estate of	}	Special Court of Probate 
Order of Continuance		}	  January 17th 1876 

This being the day appointed for hearing the application of 
Twiggs Franklin, administrator in this Court of said Estate for 
an order to sell certain lands, for the purpose of division, 
and upon the grounds that the same cannot be equally di- 
vided among the divisors of said Estate. 
Now comes the said administrator and moves the court for 
a continuance, and there being no objections made to said 
motion, It is ordered by the Court that the same be continued 
to the 20th day of November 1876.
