Mark Franklin dec Estate of	}	Special Term Probate Court
Order to Make Settlement	}	   July 9th 1877

It is ordered by the Court that citation issue to Twiggs 
Franklin administrator of the Estate of Mark Franklin 
dec, requiring him to appear in this Court on or before the 
23rd day of July 1877, to file his account, vouchers, evidences, 
and Statements for an Annual Settlement of his said admini- 
stration.
