Mark Franklin decd Estate of	}	Special Term of Probate Court
Setting Day for Annual Settlement}	     July 25th 1877

This day came Twiggs Franklin the administrator of said Estate, and 
filed his Statement, accounts, vouchers and evidence for an annual 
Settlement of said administration, and the Court having examined said ac- 
counts &c, and found them to be apparently correct, the same are now re- 
ported for such Settlement.  It is therefore ordered that the 27th day of 
August 1877, be appointed a day to make such annual Settlement and 
that notice of the time and nature of such settlement be given by public- 
cation, to be made for three successive weeks, in the Greenville Advocate, 
a news paper published in this County.  It is further ordered that Ransom 
Seale Esq be, and he is hereby appointed to act as Guardian ad litum for 
and to protect the interest of Moses Burkett a legatee of said deceased 
and only minor concerned in this proceeding, in all matters pertaining to 
this Settlement, and that said guardian ad litum have notice of his 
said appointment.
