Mark Franklin dec Estate of	}	Special Term Probate Court
As to Sale of Dower interest	}	     January 19th 1877

This Court, having by its decree rendered and recorded on the 20th 
day of November 1876, Upon the petition of Twiggs Franklin adminis- 
trator of said Estate, ordering the sale of the realty belonging to said 
Estate, and which land is particularly described in said decree for 
the purpose of division among the heirs of said Estate, this day came 
Nancy Franklin the widow of said deceased, and wiled her written 
consent and prayer that her dower interest in the said lands may 
be sold, so as to vest in the purchaser, or purchasers, at such sale, 
the complete title to said lands.  It is therefore ordered, adjudged 
and decreed by the Court, that said dower interest of said Nancy 
Franklin be sold with the Residue of said lands, according to the 
said consent and prayer of said widow, and agreeably to the pro- 
visions of law in such cases made.
