Administrator’s Bond – Advocate Print
The State of Alabama – Butler County

Know all men by these presents
	That we Twiggs Franklin  Bartillar
	Burkett and E Franklin

of the County and State aforesaid, are held and firmly bound unto H W
Watson, Judge of the County of Probate for said County, and his successors
in office, in the penal sum of Five Hundred
Dollars; for which payment well and truly to be made and done, we bind
ourselves, our heirs, our heirs, executors and Administrators, jointly and 
severally,
firmly by these presents
Sealed with our seals, and dated this 10th day of December 1873
The condition of the above obligation is such, That whereas the above
bound Twiggs Franklin
	has been appointed Administrator of the Estate of Mark
     Franklin deceased with the will annexed

	Now if the said Twiggs Franklin
	shall well and truly perform all the duties which are or may
	be by law required of him as such Administrator then
	the above obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full
	force.
Taken, approved, and ordered to be recorded.
