I give and Bequeath to my wife During her natteral Life one quarter Section of Land known and Described as follows the SW ¼ of SW ¼ of S 1 and the SE ½ of SE ¼ S 2 and the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Sec 11 and the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of S 12 all Lying in T8 and R 12 containing two hundred acres more or Lefs. I do also Bequeath unto her all of the Household and kitchen furniture and all the Present Crop Corn Cotton and Potatoes cain and all and Stock of all kind Horses Cattle Sheep and Hoogs all to hav and hold During her Life time Provided She Remain un married until that time and after her Death all that Remains of the Above named Property is to be Equally Devided Between all of the Children with no Exception and the Remainder of my Land if the Children think Best to be Sold and Equally Devided between them and if not Sold of and Devided for Some of them to pay the taxes till they Division of the above Lands given to my wife. In testimony whare of I have Sined Sealed and Delivered in the Preasance of these witnefs. his Mark X Franklin mark Bartillar Burkett Twiggs Franklin Alabama }Before me H W Watson Judge of Probate Butler County }for said County came Bartillar Bur- kett to me well known who in his oath says that he was present and saw Mark Franklin whose name appears signed to the foregoing paper writing Sign and seal the same as and for his last will and testament that at the time of signing said paper writing he the said Franklin was of a sound mind and memory, that he signed said paper writing as a witness in the presence of and at the request of the said Franklin and in the presence of Twiggs Franklin who also subscribed his name as a witness thereto and in the presence of each other, on the day and year the same bears date.
