do hereby
accept
service of the within
citation and waive
service of copy
by sheriff

Georgiana Ala Butler Co July the 16th 1875
Mr Powell my frend i can say to you
that i found wher Stephen Franklin
lives he lives in Monroe co near
burnt corn Post Office  i sent him
this citation and he sined it
and i sent it as soon as i could
get it to you

personally to be and appear before the Honorable the Court of
Probate for Butler County, at the Court Room thereof on
the 21st day of June 1875 then and there to
show cause if any he have why Dower
should not be allotted to Nancy Franklin
wife & widow Mark Franklin deceased
in lands belonging to her said husband’s
Estate

and have you then and there this writ with your endorsement thereon
Witness J L Powell, Judge of Probate, at office, this 25th day of May
			A.D. 1875
