sell lands belonging to estate of Mark
Franklin deceased for distribution.

The undersigned having been appointed
Guardian ad litem to represent and
protect the interests of Hugh, Viney, Nettie
Ann, Moses and Francis Burkett children
of Kiziah Burkett deced. and min.
heirs at law of said deceased, in
said matter, for answer to the
same in their behalf and for their
use and benefit says
That he denies the allegations
of said petition and calls for
proafue.
