Interrogatories to be propounded to John W Tipton John C Stinson and William Dean, material witnefses to be produced sworn and examined in the above stated cause, to be used on the hearing of said Application by said Admr. Interrogatory 1st: Are you acquaint- ted with the heirs and distributes of the Estate of Mark Franklin decd? Interrogatory 2nd – do you know the following described lands to wit; The W ½ of SW ¼ & SE ¼ of SW ¼ & SW ¼ of SE ¼ Section 1 and the NW ¼ of NW ¼ Section 12 all in Township 8 Range 12 containing 200 acres more or lefs lying in Butler County Alabama belonging to the Estate of said decease? Can said lands be fairly, equally and beneficially divided among the heirs and distributes of the Estate of said deceased without a sale thereof? How far do you reside from said lands? How long have you known said lands? To the best of your judgment what is the cash value of said lands? and what would they be worth sold on a credit of twelve months? Interrogatory 3rd State anything else you may know that will benefit the Admr. in his application.
