Commission To Take Depositions

						The State of Alabama
							Butler County

To
	Coleman Ogwynn Esqr
We, having full faith in your prudence and competency, have appointed
you commissioner, and do by these presents authorize you, or any one or more
of you, to call before you, at such time and place as you may appoint,

John W Tipton, John C Stinson and
	William Dean
and examine them as witnesses upon Interrogatories herein attached, in
a case pending in our Probate Court,
wherein Twigs Franklin as administrator of
the Estate of Mark Franklin Dec’d in a petition
to sell Lands belonging said Estate is
Plaintiff, and
	The Heirs and Distributees
of the Estate of Mark Franklin Dec’d are
Defendants, and return the same under your hands and seals to the
next Term of our said Court, to be holden for Butler County on the
20th day of November 1876
