It being more than one third of all the real Estate of which her husband, The late Mark Franklin Decd seized and pofsefsed. Which was duly & Legally set apart to your petitioner as her dower interest in said Lands and to which she and all the Heirs of said Estate cheerfully afsented. But in view of the fact that your Petitioner is old and infirm and not able to cultivate said Lands, and in view of the fact that her children desire her to reside with them, and kindly propose to take care of her, and her interests, and in view of the fact that to sell the part allowed to her, in connection with the other portion of said realty, will enhance the value of both, and cause them to demand a better price. And in view of the fact that the whole may at present be disposed to an advantage.
