The following contains a correct list of the heirs
and distributes of the Estate of Mark Franklin
deceased, to wit; Nancy Franklin
widow and relict of deceased of full age, Edmund
Franklin, Twigs Franklin, Catharine Burket
wife of Evan Burkett, Mary Burkett,
Rilla Burkett wife of Elias Burkett, Fernetta
Burkett wife of Bartilla Burkett, all of whom
are of full age and resides in Butler County
Alabama.  And Adella Riley wife of W C Riley
of full age and resides in Red River Parish
State of Louisiana and the following named
children of Kiziah Burkett decd, to wit; Hugh
Burkett of full age and resides in Butler County
Ala, Viney Waller wife of John Waller of full age
and resides in the State of Texas, post office
and County unknown to Admr, Netty Ann
Burkett of full age and Moses Burkett
a minor over the age of 14 years who resides
in Monroe County Ala and Frances Burkett
of full age and resides in Monroe County
Ala, also Stephen Franklin son of Morris
Franklin decd of full age and resides in
Conecuh County Alabama, that they &
they alone are the heirs and distributes
of the Estate of said Mark Franklin decd.
