Written: November 12, 1877

This day came Twigs Franklin Admr
with the will annexed on the Estate of
Mark Franklin decd who being duly
Sworn according to law deposeth
and says that the within account is
correct and true to the best of his
knowledge and belief.  And further
that the following names persons
and they alone are the heirs and
distributes of the Estate of Mark
Franklin decd to wit; Nancy Franklin
widow and relict of deceased of full age
Fernetta Burkett wife of Bartilla Burkett,
Edward Franklin, Catharine Burkett
wife of Evan Burkett, Mary Burkett,
Aurelia Burkett wife of Elias Burkett,
Twigs Franklin, all of whom are of
full age and resides in Butler County
Alabama and Netty Ann Burkett
and Mary Frances Burkett who are
of Full age, and Moses Burkett a minor
over the age of fourteen years, all of whom
reside in the County of Monroe and
State of Alabama, and three last named
are the children of Keziah Burkett
deceased, who was formerly Keziah
Franklin and Stephen Franklin son
of Morris Franklin and who is of full
age and resides in the County of Conecuh
State of Alabama.		Twiggs Franklin
