State of Alabama	}
Butler County		}   To Any Sheriff of the State
			you are hereby commanded, without delay, to summon
Nancy Franklin, Edward Franklin, Catherine Burkett, Twigg
Franklin, Mary Burkett, Rillia Burkett, Fernetta Burkett
and Adella Riley wife of W C
Riley and Hugh Burkett

personally to be and appear before the Honorable the Court of Probate for
Butler County
at the Court Room thereof on the 10th day of April 1875 then and there
to show Cause if any they have why dower in the
lands of the estate of Mark Franklin
deceased should not be decreed to Nancy Franklin
widow of said deceased upon her petition
for the same filed in this court.

and have you then and there this writ, with your endorsement thereon.
