Written: July 7, 1877

The State of Alabama	}  To any Sheriff of the State:
        Butler County	}  You are hereby commanded, without delay to
summon  Twiggs Franklin as the administrator
of the Estate of Mark Franklin decd

personally to be and appear before the Honorable the Court of Probate for
Butler
County, at the Court Room thereof on the 23rd day of July 1877 then and there
to show cause why he should not file his account
vouchers evidence and Statements for an Annual
Settlement of his administration of said Estate

and have you then and there this writ with your endorsement thereon
Witness, J L Powell, Judge of Probate, at office, this 7th day of
July AD 1877
