M. at the home of the bride's mother Mrs. J. V. Abbott. The hall was prettily decorated with cut flowers, southern smilax, ferns and tulle, a color scheme of green and white being carried out under an arch from which were suspended two hearts pierced by an arrow. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Dunlapp. The bridal party entered to the strains of Mendelsohn's wedding march which was rendered by Miss Lazenby and during the ceremony Traumerei was played. Miss Verna Jones of Highland Home, cousin to the bride, was maid of honor. She was becomingly gowned in a dress of white silk marquisette and chantilly lace over messaline. She carried an arm cluster of white carnations. The bride looked lovely in her going away gown of blue and tan with hat and shoes to match. She carried a shower bouquet of lilies of the valley. Mr. A. B. Hall of Benton was best man. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Clements left for a visit to Richmond, Va., from there they will go to Washington, Mt.
