Wilson - Butler Co., AL The following is a transcription of the will of William David Wilson, son of David Russell Wilson. W. D.'s wife named in this will was Cannis Miner Howell, according to their marriage license. Both are buried in the Morgan Family Cemetery, Howy 29, north of Molino, FL. Mildred Brown Gatesville TX --------------------------------- The State of Alabama Butler County Know all me by these presents that I William D. Willson of te County of Butler, and State of Alabama, farmer and being in good health of sound mind and deposing and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and as to my world by estate and all the property reall, personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit: first my will is that all my just debts and furneral expenses shall be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall be found convinient I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Candis Willson all of my entire estate of every description to have and to hold the smae to her fro and during the term of her natural life providing she remains unmarried and after the decease of my said wife my will is that all of my estate beequally divided between all of my children. In testimony whereof I the said William D. Willson have to this my last will and testament contained on one sheet of paper and at the sheet thereof subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 2nd day of November 1902. his William D.
