Hollingsworth & his wife Julia A. C. Hollingsworth parties of the first part, and R H Allsup and his wife M A Allsup Party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight hundred --- Dollars, to turn in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath Granted, Bargained, Sold and Conveyed, and doth by these Presents Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said party of the second part, and unto his heirs and assigns, the following described real estate, to wit: The East half of North East Quarter (E 2 NE 4) less 10 acres in the SE Corner of said described land - Also five (5) acres off the East side of W 1/2 of NE 1/4 running clear across said 80 acres - being Seventy five (75) acres more or less - also ten (10) acres lying in a square in S.E. Corner of S 1/2 of NE 1/4 known as lot #(4) four, All in Section (16) Sixteen Township (13) Thirteen and Range (8) Eight East - Containing in all (85) Eighty five acres more or less. Situated in Calhoun County, Alabama, with all the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. And the said parties of the first part warrants and will forever defend the title to the above bargained premises against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever, and warrant the (unreadable) before from all liens claims and emcumbrances.
