Piedmont Woman Is Laid to Rest
Piedmont, Ala., May 24,-Funeral seervices for Mrs. Mary E. DOZIER, age 79, who 
died at here home here Wednesday, were to be conducted at the Baptist Church 
this afternoon by the Rev. S. H. Pendley. Interment was to follow in Carmel 
Cemetery with Usrey of Anniston in Charge.
MRS. DOZIER was a native of Lexington, Miss. She had been a resident of 
Piedmont for about ten years. Her death came after an illness of about five 
weeks.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas J. REDDIT, Carrolton, Miss., and John R. 
REDDITT, Lincoln, Neb. and a Brother, G.W. GARNETT.

Additional Comments:
Mary was the Daughter of George Beverly and Clarissa Carolyn WHITE GARNETT. She 
was born in Alabama and had lived in Holmes County, MS and New Orleans, LA. She 
was married to James REDDITT, William LEE and John B. DOZIER.
G.W. GARENTT mentioned in her obituary was her Brother- George Wiley GARNETT.
