Andrew J. Nixon

Ballinger - Funeral for Andrew Jackson (Jack) Nixon, 84, will be at 10:30 a.m. 
Thursday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Plez Todd, pastor, 
officiating.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, directed by Davis Funeral Home.

Mr. Nixon died Tuesday in Ballinger Memorial Hospital.

Born April 6, 1885 in Anniston, Ala. he had lived in Ballinger since 1932.

Mr. Nixon worked 40 years for Southwestern Life Insurance Co.

Surviving are his wife; five sons, the Rev. Lloyd W. of El Campo, Jack Jr., of 
Abilene, Myles of denton, Rex of Bedford and Maurice of Mineral Wells; a 
brother, two sisters, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
