TALLEY DIES AFTER EIGHT DAYS OF PNEUMONIA Bedford Forest Talley, 49, died at his home in West End Wednesday morning at 3:30 oclock after an eight day illness of pneumonia, announcment of his death coming as a shock to his friends, many of whom had not known of his illness. Mr. Talley was sticken over a week ago and he had suffered intensely from the first of his illness. He was one of the best known men in the Western part of the city. Mr. Talley is survived by his wife, two daughters, three sons, two brothers and a sister. He was a member of Coosa tribe, Improved Order of Red Men, and members of that order will attend the furneral and officiate at the ceremony at the grave. Dr. James T. McGlotlin will conduct the funeral services at the residence at 3 oclock Thursday afternoon and the interment will be made at the Pine Grove Cemetery with Smith and Usrey in charge of arrangements.
