White found in her parents home in Jacksonville, Benton Co. AL on the 1850 US Census. Her parents were John H. White and Rachel who removed to Hamburg, AR in time for the 1860 Census in Carter. E.A. Cothran is the son of William and Mary Cockrum of Greenville Dist. SC E.A. is shown to be Edward A. Cockrum in our Family bible and this has also been proven using US Censuses and other court documents.
