LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

STATE OF ALABAMA
COUNTY OF CALHOUN

I, Robert Edward Mellon, of the County and State above named, being of sound 
mind and memory, do hereby make, declare and establish this to be my Last will 
and Testament.

1. I will, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Louise Brandon Mellon, 
all my personal property, and all of my share, title and undivided interest in 
the Estate of my Father, W. E. Mellon, which share was left to me by the said 
W. E. Mellon.
2.  I will, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Louise Brandon Mellon, 
any property that I may die seized and possessed of, both real and personal, 
and mixed property.
3. I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Louise Brandon Mellon, 
executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and directed that she shall serve 
without bond.
4. I hereby revoke any former will, or wills, heretofore made by me.

I hereunto set my hand and seal this 24 day of November 1934.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Robert Edward Mellon 
to be as and for his Last will and Testament in his presence, and in the 
presence of each other, affix our seal the day and year above written.
