The cemetary can be accessed from highway 280. This highway is a new four lane. Waverly is located off this highway between Opelika and Dadeville. He was a Lt. in the Loachapoka Rifles,a company in the 6th Alabama Infantry Regiment. His father, Henry Saxon was in an Alabama reserve infantry regiment.
