Apl 8, 1862 at Loachapoka, Ala by whom Warner W. Meadors for 3 years or the war.

record indicates that the company became Company G

Additional Comments:
At the time of enlistment Matthew T. Garrett lived in Chambers County, Alabama. 
Part of Chambers was included later in 1866 in Lee County, Alabama.
