L. Adams Accidentally Killed Mr. Adams was driving along the read known as Randolph street when he received a bullet in the back of the head, and he lived only a few hours. Mr. Adams was a native of Augusta, Ga.; aged 65; came to West Point 44 years ago, and beloved by all, he lived all these years and will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew him as a man of sterling character and unusual ability. He leaves a wife and three daughters. Misses Emma, Lilly and Marguerite. The Rev. Morrow of the Presbyterian church, conducted the funeral and the interment was at Pinewood Tuesday morning.
