Funeral Services Held in Fairfax For Miss Williams

  Miss Althea Lee  Williams, 56, of Fairfax and Columubs, died Sunday in 
Langdale hospital after a year of failing health.

  Miss Williams, who was a member of the Fairfax Baptist Church, is survived by 
two sisters, Mrs.  Bernard King, of Atlanta, and Mrs.  Clem Sellers, of 
Tuscaloosa, Ala., and three brothers,  G. H.  Williams, of Franklin, Tenn.; J. 
H. Williams, of Alex City, Ala., and Richard Williams, of Fairfax.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday at the home of Richard Williams in 
Fairfax, with the Rev.  Herschel Hamner, of Fairfax, and the Rev. Roy Newlett, 
of Alex City, officiating.  Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery under direction of 
Johnson and Company.
