 Aged Citizen of
            Lanett Dies

  Mr. F. E. Heggood, one of Lanett's pioneer citizens, died at his home Tuesday 
and was buried Wednesday afternoon.
  Mr. Heggood was 68 years old and had lived here snce Lanett was a village.
  He leaves a wife and a number of sons and daughters to mourn his loss.
