Funeral services will be held Tuesday at the graveside in Fairfax Cemetery at 2 p.m. Mr. Waldrop is survived by his wife, Mrs. Judith Waldrop; his mother, Mrs. Hoyt Waldrop of Fairfax; three daughters, Mrs. Tammy Carlisle of Texas, Miss Jo Ann Waldrop and Miss Marcy Waldrop of Bellevue; two brothers, Winford Waldrop of Columbus, Ga., and Tommie Waldrop of Mid Pines, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs Ernest [Raynell] Tyson of Thomasville, Ga., Mrs. Larry [Cornelia] Wimberly of Paris, Tenn. and Mrs Donald [Kathryn] Leak of Fairfax. Born in Chambers Co. Mr. Waldrop was a member of Fairfax First Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Valley High School and a graduate of the University of Nebraska. He was retired from the military with 20 years of service. Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
