Patrick Floyd Jarvis Garrett

Born June 5, 1850, Chambers County, Alabama
Son of John and Elizabeth Jarvis Garrett
With his parents in 1853, migrated to Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, then later 
to Texas and New Mexico
Married 1st Juanita Martinez
Married 2nd Apolonaria Gutierrez
Allegedly shot and killed famous outlaw "Billy the Kid" on July 14, 1881, at 
Fort Sumner, New Mexico
Pat Garrett was shot and killed on February 29, 1908, and buried in the Odd 
Fellows Cemetery, Las Cruces, New Mexico
